As always, we've been hard at work updating and enhancing our Payments Enablement Platform. During the past quarter, we released many notable items that we wanted to review and share.

Automatic Level III

  • Updated the Automatic Level III instructions in the partner control panel making it more clear on how to opt a merchant into this feature. It’s a simple 3 step process that enables Partners to set up their merchants quickly and easily:
    1.) Save a template
2.) Load the merchant details page
3.) Turn on the advanced merchant feature for Automatic Level III

  • You can now set an automatic sales tax percentage, and not a fixed amount. For example, a merchant with 10% sales tax set in their Level III template can run an $11 sale, and the gateway will automatically add a sales tax amount of $1.

Collect.js

  • All available billing, shipping, and card information are now available in the Collect.js callback when using Apple Pay or Google Pay. This allows integrators to access this important data before they submit a transaction request.

iProcess

  • iProcess can now show you all of your active credit card subscriptions in the app. You are able to update the customer info for those subscriptions, delete customers, and add new recurring customers to any plan you’ve previously created in the gateway right from your fingertips. This vastly expands the app’s utility into general gateway reporting, and not just simple POS functionality.

Partner Portal

  • An Account ID field will now appear in the top right of your control panel. This is useful when talking to support as it helps us quickly and accurately identify your account for better assistance.

  • The Partner login page has also received a refresh with a new design and a more modern feel.

  • The two-factor authentication (2FA) page received a big update, and now uses a more sleek style on input and reduces the number of typos possible. It works perfectly with password autofill, pasting from your 2FA app, and every other way for obtaining 2FA codes.

Processors

  • First Data Nashville Processor: Updated certification and added support for additional card types, Mastercard and Discover, to our Online Refund support, which previously supported only Visa.

  • First Data Nashville North V2 Processor: Added support for online refunds. This will help merchants remain compliant when processing refunds and blind credits.

  • Nuvei: They turned off their automatic customer receipts for NMI merchants on their platform, so the email address now being sent to them should not result in receipt emails to merchants’ customers.

  • Credomatic Web Service Processor: Updated 3DSv2 Support to the processor to include all supported card types. Merchants sending 3D Secure data through their own integration or via the Payer Authentication V2 service will be able to make use of V2 behaviors and variables. Supported card types are Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover Card.

Payer Authentication 2.0

  • Payer Authentication can now be used with Collect.js, the Payment API, and even the Customer Vault. The 3DSService in our new Gateway.js JavaScript library gives you the ability to add 3D-Secure to your web checkout flows however you'd like. Read the detailed documentation in the Integration Portal.
