Less complexity and faster time to market for independent software vendors (ISVs) and independent selling organisations (ISOs) in the USA and Europe
Copenhagen, June 26, 2017 - Creditcall, the omni-channel Payment Gateway and EMV Kernel provider, and BBPOS, the world’s leading innovator, designer, and manufacturer of mobile point of sale (mPOS) payment terminals, have partnered to provide a semi-integrated and standalone mPOS solution for ISVs and ISOs in the USA and Europe. The BBPOS WisePad™2 and WisePad™2 Plus payment terminals have been integrated with Creditcall’s payment gateway and will be pre-certified with leading processors and acquiring banks.
In standalone mode, no integration with the merchant’s POS system is required. Creditcall’s payment gateway handles all the cardholder data which removes the merchant out of PCI DSS scope and with it, all the associated complexity and compliance cost. Creditcall also provides a real-time reporting and management tool which shows all transactions in one location.
The semi-integrated solution will be available in due course, enabling ISVs and ISOs to simply add the WisePad™2 and WisePad™2 Plus to their POS solution without the need of additional processor and acquiring bank certifications, speeding up their time to market.
“BBPOS is extremely excited to partner with Creditcall to offer industry leading payment solutions that simplify payments throughout the payment ecosystem from ISOs to ISVs and ultimately to merchants.” says Robert Cook, Chief Revenue Officer at BBPOS. “This end-to-end payment offering opens up full-fledged payment solutions to additional channels that have previously been underserved.”
“Creditcall welcomes the opportunity to partner with BBPOS who shares Creditcall’s passion for industry leading technology, innovation and security” said Sian Bosley, Vice President of Business Development at Creditcall. “Our partnership addresses the issues and complexities ISVs, ISOs and merchants are faced with on a daily basis by giving them simple access to cutting edge off-the shelf technology.”
