NMI will be at the Ticketing & Payments Innovation Online Summit 2021 from the 30 - 31 March. This online event will examine how public transport authorities and operators are leveraging innovations in ticketing, payments and touchless/contactless technologies to help the sector return to pre-pandemic passenger traffic.
During the event, NMI Product Manager, Kanan Keeney will be part of a panel discussing the rapid growth of mobile ticketing worldwide in public transport and will explain why as customers' expectations for an easy and frictionless ticketing experience rise, it is more important than ever before to have a wide variety of payment options available to satisfy all your customers’ needs, including booking in advance, paying at the station, or buying on board.
In addition to the panel, NMI will be exhibiting at a virtual booth throughout the show and registered attendees will be able to visit during exhibit hours as well as being able to attend all session tracks.
