Now in addition to this, a couple of, take home things that I wanna I wanna talk about. Number one, we're gonna talk a little bit about other, also extensions that we have just to give you a brief overview so you remember how awesome and different things that you have available to work with your merchants. In addition to that, we're gonna do some quick house notes. Remember, this is an awesome webinar.

So if you have to, take a break. Go ahead. Go to the restroom. Get your cup of coffee and or your Red Bull, and let's jump right in to make it easy on how we can make you guys more money and generate opportunities at the same time while providing that level of support for all of your merchants.

Now today's presentation is gonna be giving in oh, man. Thank you so much, team. And none other than Abraham. That's me.

So if you haven't seen me already or you haven't had the chance to talk to me at any of our events, I highly recommend you come through. I love sharing stories. I've been in the industry, and I wanna figure out ways to be able to help you grow and create opportunities. So thank you so much for joining on here.

I will be walking you through what this looks like and how it's going to work as we go through the process. So let's jump in onto why we're even talking about tap to pay, where we come from, what this looks like. Some of you might have already seen this slide. Some of you might have already been like, hey, I've already heard this before, but guess what, guys?

Some of you guys are new, and I love that you get to learn a little bit more about NMI. I love that you get to learn more about the payments industry, about why we're doing what we're doing. And coming from the industry myself, I used to sell NMI as a gateway we're talking about years ago. I mean, when I first started, I'm I'm basically on this timeline.

I had the opportunity to sell NMI and really produce and create opportunities for a lot of our merchants. So what does that mean for you? What does this look like? As you can see on your screen, we started early in the year two thousands, the day of the web.

If everyone remembers the dot com era, that's crazy. That's probably when I should've probably bought stock in Yahoo, but I never thought about it. It's kinda like those memes. Right?

Like, buy a house while you're still in the room. Well, this is this is what happens. So pioneered early. NMI is coming in.

We're creating opportunities. We're launching the first EMV chip. Two thousand five, I remember it clearly.

When we're starting to have that conversation about what does this look like, how does it work worldwide. And then from there, we transitioned over to actually twenty fifteen, when we started to really see ten years ago, how it all came together, what the different options we were using, how it was actually working in terms of being able to pull out and utilizing EMV chips and supporting Google Pay and supporting a bunch of other series. So as you can see on your screen, we're moving forward and launching new services. Let's really move up to the date that you see on here in twenty nineteen.

Twenty nineteen past one point two billion transaction volume. We're growing. We're getting big. And then twenty twenty happens.

And, of course, we all know what happened during twenty twenty. So it is a year we won't forget. It's still in the history books. We'll remember the shutdown because of COVID, but that made us even stronger at NMI because we worked through creating more opportunities.

And as a card not present environment soared during twenty twenty, we were able to see and work with more options to make it a little bit easier as well. So keeping that in mind, it did create those opportunities for us. And as we moved into that, we started to look at how we continue to expand our payment offerings, our omnichannel offerings. In that case here, we acquired USA Epay, awesome system, brought it on over to the NMI family.

We acquired AE Access Well, creating new opportunities, new changes, signing up offers and merchants for underwriting and risk monitoring. We acquired Iris CRM, which is an amazing product that helps streamline merchants managing boarding and really bringing on more opportunities. And we strengthen our risk underwriting departments, our risk management teams by acquiring Sphere's commercial division. So our goal is to continue to grow.

We can't be left behind. We can't be put in a position where we won't, be able to continue to innovate, to generate, to change, to build better for you. But rest assured, our model is always gonna be and continues to be working with our partners. Whatever solutions we can create that we can help expand your business is our main key concept.

And we will continue to do that as we innovate into the future. And that really brings us to understanding what extensions do we have, what extensions do we use, how does this change or make it more effective for you to actually talk to your partners and create those opportunities. Well, guys, check them out. All of these are available.

You've got many, many, many, many, many third party value added extensions that you can use. As you can see on the screen, one major focus that we talk about that I I like to really talk about is our security platform. Not long ago, with Michelle and Michelle's team, they were able to launch where the gateway automatically closes or shuts down once it it detects card testing. So if anyone hears about bidding attacks, card testing attacks, enumeration attacks, I mean, we're basically having cards that are being tested to see if they're fraudulent.

Guess what? The gateway auto shuts down. That's through a product that our team was able to work through and implement directly into the gateway. So you're creating more opportunities, more services, more generating, more ideas.

It does make it a lot faster and easier.

And that's one of the reasons why I love it because we can see how that works, and and that really makes and creates a lot more security when it comes to what the platform does. Today's not about security, but it adds onto that conversation. We're taking payments on phones. We're taking payments wirelessly. We're taking payments on the go. So really, it does make an important factor when we talk about security. And not only is it an important factor, it's a complemented solution.

We have so many new things that we now have to abide new rules, new services, new new things that come out. One of them being, let's talk about VAP. You know, for for anyone out there that's going through certain processes, The VAB section is all about chargebacks. It's all about reducing risk, and this is through a Visa implemented solution.

NMI has taken that in the forefront. We've said, let's find ways to protect you. Let's find ways to help you. Let's find ways to reduce that risk.

And by partnering with NMI, we partnered with COUNT. We partnered with Chargebacks nine eleven. And that generates those additional value added services, those extensions that help protect your business and grow the business. Because with COUNT Advanced Fraud Prevention, you don't have to worry about security on the back end.

You can partner it up with fraud prevention for any manual transactions that you want to restrict or that you want to approve.

And with our new customer token vault, we can now create network tokens coming directly from the from the network associations. So Visa, Mastercard generates a network network token. Here you go. We then generate a cryptogram on top of that.

So I just wanted to throw out a couple of awesome extensions that we work with, a couple of things that we're breaking down to make it a little bit easier for you, to make it easy from understanding those differences and really building it out for you. So count advanced fraud prevention, automatic card update. We've seen that before. We love it.

Customer vault, store security data information, encrypted devices. If you think NMI is web and Moto only, I'm sorry, you've got something new to sell now. We have always and will always continue to support in person transactions with our encrypted devices.

And not to throw it out there, but we've got new equipment that you can actually use for on the go and also for in person transactions that allow you to hook up to the gateway. So we can do both in person, Moto. We can do e commerce. We can continue it on.

Fraud prevention, payer authentication two point o, meaning three d s. If you haven't heard of that before, it identifies you and guarantees that you cannot get a charge back because of fraudulent activity. Normally, it's only that fraud saying that that wasn't me. Guarantees you can't get a charge back.

And I don't use that word quite often in the payments industry world, but I'll use it here. Guarantees only for those fraud specific cases. Off via text to pay. You don't have time to send an invoice?

Send a text. Cash processing, electronic invoicing, level three advantage, which we are now working on the new programs that are coming out coming soon, and I'm not gonna hold anyone accountable in terms of having to produce this, but CEDP, I'm sure some of you heard about it, I'm sure some of you are looking into it, so are we. We're getting ready to make sure that we continue to be the forefront of that partner that you're looking for, so we can provide those services. IProcess, which we're gonna talk about, it's cousin, right?

I think Tap to Pay is iProcess, iMobile, iProcess mobile applications cousin, because it does almost the same but different because Tap to Pay is the one we're gonna deep dive into. And then of course, we've got QuickBooks C Pay, which we'd rather you use our Bill Connect function. Bill Connect seamlessly connects you to BillerGenie, one of our third party that we work with. And of course, we've got Shopify integration.

And let's jump in to today's main event, Tap to Pay. Guys, if I haven't told you already, if I haven't had this conversation with you guys already, I love how we continuously innovate. But more importantly, I love how we make it easier for merchants to be able to accept payments. I mean, it wasn't that long ago when the first mobile option actually came out to take payments.

Think about it. I was here when Square came out and the very first thing on, hey, take a payment on your phone. I'm not even kidding. I will tell you this right now.

I was in California, I was in Los Angeles, literally walking down. Was at that moment, I believe I was in a different industry, could have been insurance. And I'm thinking about it and I'm walking through, know, thinking about what this looks like. No, I'm actually I switched over.

I was now in the payments industry and I see Square come out and I'm like, take payments on your phone. There's no way you can take a payment on your phone. I pull out my phone and I'm like, well, I gotta try it. So I downloaded the app just like anyone else and got the little square reader thingy and I connected it and it was the the earphone jack.

So if you remember, you had to connect it to the earphone jack when when phones had earphone jacks or headphone jacks. I'm sorry, headphone jacks. So when you put it in, it was hilarious because I was like, I'm gonna sell myself my own pants. And I did.

I sold myself my own pants for fifteen bucks and it took the payment. I was by far, like, amazed, bedazzled, surprised, you know, you name it. That's what I was. And and I couldn't believe it.

I was like, you can take a payment on your phone? What is this?

And of course, the crazy part now, if you have the chance to go in Chicago, we have a museum called the Field Museum. When you go into the museum, there's a there's a, evangelist section for modern technology.

Believe it or not, Square is inside of that event. And I have to give them more promotion, but it talks about the evolution of mobile payments. It talks about the evolution of where it came from. So when you look at it from that perspective, it's crazy because history is being made.

And what I love about what we're doing here at NMI is we're perfecting what's coming out. Yes, the wheel is created. We're not recreating the wheel. What we're doing is we're smoothing it it out.

We're making it easier for you. And that is where tap to pay comes into play. Today, we know that there are more than four hundred million small merchants all over the globe that still rely heavily on cash or outdated point of sale hardware. It is where it is.

You know, they still use it. They're taking cash, hard money, and you got a a a piece of equipment that they use. It's still there. We know that by twenty twenty six, sixty percent of car person transactions are gonna be contactless.

Guys, I can't tell you how many times I've seen people pull out their phone, pay with their phone. I mean, they don't even pull out their card anymore. It's just on the phone. Convenience.

It's easy. It's simple. Let me use my phone. More than six point eight billion smartphones literally can all be turned into point of sale terminals.

Think about that for a minute. Six point eight billion. I mean, it it just makes life so much easier because now I don't have to carry my wallet. I don't have to carry my card.

I don't have to worry about this. Use my phone, take a payment, and now use my phone to accept the payment. Because tap to pay is literally bridging that gap between what real world payments looks like and taking it in a digital world that allows you to pay on your phone. That's where it comes in.

That's the opportunity that you're looking into. Yes, you could still use iProcess. Yes, you could still use other solutions that allow you to generate and create more. No one's saying you can't.

But as we continue to evolve, we're looking at what that means for merchants. And that means making it even more cost effective.

I hear it left, right, and center. See it left, right, and center. Abe, I get a free equipment. Abe, I get free this.

Abe, free that. Awesome. That's cool. Well, do you already have a phone? Do you already have a tablet?

Yeah. Great. Guess what? You can utilize our system. You can literally utilize Tap to Pay on your phone.

You don't have to worry about anything else. Turn it on. You're good to go. Connect it.

The world's always what? Cost effective. You can use what you have today.

Scalable. You can scale it up any way you need to and secure. We're not just opening up an environment for anyone to steal information. It's designed to be secure.

It's designed to be able to be used in multiple events so your merchants don't even require any additional hardware. Tap right on your phone. So what does that mean? What does it look like?

What are we using? There's really two different options that you can use. Guess what? Number one, you can download the Cloud Commerce app.

That's right. It's Cloud Commerce powered by Mastercard. You can see on the screen here, it's got a little square with a little phone with a little Mastercard logo. That's the Cloud Commerce app.

You can find the Cloud Commerce app anywhere online, anywhere that you're going to make it a little bit easier for you. Go to the App Store. If you use Samsung or any Android device product, you would go into the, Google Play Store and you would download it directly from there. And of course, iOS, if you're Apple phone lovers and you wanna get the Apple twenty twenty nine or whichever version you're on, don't even worry about it because we've got an app for you too.

We are now able to download on both Android and iOS. To be able to download Intuit, it's very simple. Right now, you can use TSYS for Android only. So TSYS is what we're able to use.

If you're using Android, it can only go through the TSYS processor. Now, if you're using Apple or iOS, you can use TSYS and you can also use First Data Rapid Connect. So if you're on First Data line and you don't wanna help Pfizer come back up, you can use the First Data, you can use TSYS. We're here to help.

So we create those opportunities for both. Both options literally eliminate pointers of hardware. You don't need to use anything else, just your phone. So TSYS for Android, and then TSYS and FrisData for Apple and or iOS availability.

Now, one of the cool things that I do wanna mention, it is a white labeled solution. What does that mean? That means that you can create SDKs and white label it on your own. You can have a white label partner event, you can download the app and it's literally your branding, your white label.

Scale it the way you want, integrate it the way you want, keep it open because we do have an SDK available just for tap to pay. But if you're not looking to white label and you're like, I just need them to have a tap to pay option, download Cloud Commerce app, keep it simple.

So couple of benefits, and why are we talking about it? Well, again, no extra hardware. I'm gonna continue to say that because no extra hardware. Merchants love it. Instant onboarding. You can literally start processing in minutes as soon as you get approved. It's ready to go.

Baster checkouts. You don't have to worry about, let me get this. Let me get that. Pull out your phone.

Pull out your tablet. Take that payment right then and there. Speed and convenience. Enterprise grade security.

When I tell you we're PCI DSS compliant, that means that it's payment card industry data security standards approved. Yes. I know what the acronym stands for because PCI, it's not a joke. We take that very seriously.

We wanna make sure that you're protected, your merchants are protected, that our processing sites are protected, that everything, every step of the way is protected. And of course, even though protection is one of the most important parts, we can use it and bring over that protection on any platform that's Android or iOS. It works with both cross platform. You don't have to worry about it.

And of course, it becomes scalable. Curbside, pop ups, livery, any way you wanna use it, it is available for you. Keep that in mind. So what would we actually use it for?

I know we keep talking about, hey. It's potentially available for this. We can use it for that. But, really, where have we seen it?

Well, curbside checkout. If you have a fixed, register and you don't need one and you wanna be able to walk out, take a payment on your phone, walk out, take a payment on your phone. Keep it simple. Let's say you need to queue or line bust.

Queue busting, line busting, you can let customers pay in line. I can't explain how real this is. I literally was in a store that had line out. I mean, it was literally a long line.

I think it was buying shoes. If I remember, it was like going to a Nike store. Well, imagine having workers that are on a time crunch. I've got thirty minutes for lunch or I got forty five minutes for lunch.

I gotta go back. I gotta gotta clock in. I gotta do this. Line busting, let me walk up to you.

Oh, it looks like you got the new Jordans. Yeah. Absolutely. One ninety nine, please. Pay right on your phone.

Get out of here. So it makes it a lot easier for you to be able to move customers. Pop up retail. It's Halloween.

We got pop ups all over the place. Christmas is coming. Pop ups for Christmas. Maybe you have a lemonade stand and you've got these kids that really wanna be able to take payments on their phone now.

Welcome to the world, on demand lemonade stands. And then of course, on demand services to take payments even if it's at the door. So remember, there's different ways to use it, different people than you can use it. And of course, fundraising events and any other types of events you wanna be able to create donations on the go.

So keep that in mind. You can create and keep it simple.

Alright. So what does that mean for you? You're a partner. You're on here. You wanna learn more.

You wanna create opportunities. You wanna be able to make it better for your merchants. Well, what does that mean? Well, that means you can lower your onboarding friction.

No hardware. I think I said that like ten times. Let's say it again. No hardware.

Faster time to value. It's ready to go. Embedded payments right on our SDK. If you're white label and you wanna embed direct, you can.

Monetize transactions that have premium features. You're gonna get reporting. You're gonna get receipts. You're gonna get analytics.

It's all gonna come together. And of course, keep merchants sticky with branded mobile first experiences. Now what does that mean? Why am I talking about branded first mobile experiences?

Think about what's going on today. Think about those solutions that we can use that are continuously coming out with new products, new services. Update merchants. I know a lot of people go like, oh, you know, I don't wanna talk to them, or maybe they already have a machine that's working.

Why break it? Why touch it if it didn't broke? This is a good time to update them and say, hey. We've got new solutions.

I just wanna let you know. Thank you for being here. I can help you in any way that you need. Let's keep it moving.

So you can create this. You can monetize. You can make it better. And let's talk about price.

Choose what works for you. How much does this cost, David? Am I gonna spend another fifty dollars on this? No.

Literally, only ten cents a transaction when you tap. That is it. So ten cents a pay. Or let's say you have a merchant that's like, hey.

I, I take quite a few amount of transactions here. I don't wanna pay ten cents. No big deal. Go with their subscription model.

Five bucks a month per device, five cents per tap. So five cents on that transaction, especially if they're gonna be out and about, makes it a lot easier. It reduces the cost, keeps it simple. This is your cost.

You can always up the cost to create that commission and create opportunities for you guys to build more revenue. Keep that in mind. But if it's a mom and pop shop that you wanna add this onto, even better.

Add it on, show them how to line bust, show them different opportunities, create the benefit to why the merchant needs it. Sure, the feature is awesome. I know I can line bust, but what's the benefit behind that? You get customers out the door faster.

You get more money in faster. People that are waiting in line that now have to leave and you're losing out on that sale, move them through faster. So you're creating a different environment that allows you to make it easier for your merchants. And if it's simply ten cents a a tap in IQ nine bust, let's move it forward.

Let's keep it simple. Or if I'm taking that many transactions, let's create that subscription model so we can reduce your per tap transactions and, of course, five dollars per device per month. So how do we get started? Hey.

This is awesome. I love it. I can do tap to pay. This is all cool.

What do I do? Well, first things first. Literally, launch it in minutes. All you gotta do, download the Cloud Commerce app.

You can download it from the Play Store, from the Google Store, for Android, and for the App Store for iOS.

It is already out, it just came out in September, so we're ready to download that. You have to enter the partner code. On your screen here is the partner code that is going to ask you. You have to make sure that you enter this code.

Once you enter the code into the app, you're going to be able to log in to the actual app with your NMI credentials, then you set them up for the gateway, no problem. Or once you have that up and running, they can simply turn it on. You're gonna start accepting payments today, literally that fast, that simple. But let's say for whatever reason, you forgot to write down the code or you don't know where it's at, how do you find the code?

Easy, go to nmi dot com and talk to Penny. Penny can help you find anything that you need. That's our awesome AI chatbot that scours all of our data to find the information necessary that you need to be able to input into the system. So what does that mean?

If I don't remember the code, I'm out in the field, I need the code, n m I dot com, click on the little chat button. Hey, Petty. I need the code to be able to enter Cloud Commerce. Can you please provide it?

It'll provide how to do it, or you can even ask. I need to activate Tap to Pay. How do we get that started? Penny will give you all the information and the partner code as well.

Once you enter the partner code and you can log in, you're ready to take payments. You don't have to worry about anything else because it makes it even faster and easier. So don't forget anything that's going to be SDK related. You can visit NMI developer portal for any integration guides or any other services that you'll need in that section.

So keep that in mind.

Alright. I know we talked about how to get started. I know we talked about a couple of things that kept it easier in terms of how we're able to build it out, about how we're able to go on and use a couple of other items. Let's go ahead and jump in to one of my favorite parts of the day.

It is our Q and A coming out strong from our team. And let me go ahead and answer some of these questions that are coming in. They're coming in strong. Let me start off with, is this usable on iOS and Android?

Yes. Yes, it is. You can use it on Android. It's TSYS only on Android and, Shift four on the UK and EU.

And on Apple iOS, it is TSYS and First Data Rapid Connect. There are more to come. We're continuously updating and upgrading your system to make it a lot easier so you know what that looks like. A couple other questions coming in strong.

Is there a field for an item number or similar to help distinguish later for accounting. If you're talking about the credit card app, so let's talk about the Cloud Commerce app right now. Not right now, they don't have that right now, But Mastercard is going to be uplifting a lot into the application coming up, so keep that in mind. The SDK may be an option for you to be able to build or use the actual app, because the SDK alone will help you generate or create an opportunity for you to be able to input those data fields that you're looking for.

So keep that in mind. Okay, as we go on from there, more questions coming in. Is there a transaction limit with tap to pay? That's a great question.

It's not set by us, essentially the the gateway. So the gateway will not set that up. But the schemes or in this case, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and the processors may set a limitation on contactless transactions. So, there could be limitations to the processor.

Keep that in mind. The processor alone or the the actual opportunities that come in from Visa Mastercard might change. So, it's not by us, by NMI, but double check on the processor that you are working with. Keep that in mind.

All right. As we continue from there, we've got another question coming in. Will this recording be sent out after the webinar? Yes, it will be sent out via email on Monday of next week.

You will see that being sent out. You will have an option to review the webinar. There's a lot of content that we go through, so you will have that available next week, Monday. All right, let's see.

Do we know if iPads are coming soon in the Apple line? Gate workers that are servicing customers at home use iPads that has the order info. I never even thought about that. Gate service workers, right?

You've got opportunities opportunities to be able to take it, different things that you can do. We have asked our Apple reps and they will not say either way. So unfortunately, I don't know if it's coming to that line or not. Keep in mind, it's an opportunity, but once we continue to get information from our Apple reps, we'll be able to give you a little bit more to learn on if that makes sense, if they're able to build it out, or what does that look like.

All right, A lot of questions coming in as we continue to build out and answer some of these. Let me go on to the next one. Is there an option for both email and text receipts? I believe I've seen an email receipt. I'm not one thousand percent sure if I've seen a text receipt. Keep in mind, for some of these questions, as we're building it out, we'll be able to send out a follow-up request on this as well so that you know what that looks like.

Next question, will this mobile application be able to add on as an encrypted device so we can access it via the payment API? For card present, so will this mobile application be able to be added as an encrypted device for card present?

Right now, as you can see, anything that you're using and you're building out in the SDK version, that'll make it a little bit easier for you guys as well to be able to build out. Keep that in mind. So it does keep it a little bit easier.

What's the app name and does it replace iProcess? Great question coming in. The app name is called Cloud Commerce. It is a Mastercard partnership.

Cloud Commerce is the app you wanna download inside of the stores. It does not replace iProcess. You could still utilize the iProcess application. As a matter of fact, there are a couple of distinctions that you can use.

As of right now, Tap to Pay, I believe is only card present where you can tap the card, but you cannot manually enter the card. As of right now, I believe they are coming out with new updates that are coming in on that end. But iProcess, you can definitely manually type it in. So there are different processes.

It's not replacing iProcess. Instead, we're looking for ways to be able to make it easier by combining it and utilizing it together. So there's a couple of items that we've got coming in that you'll be able to use.

Question coming in, does it cater high risk merchants? That's a great question. I mean, if we think about it, it all just depends on how the merchant accepts that payment. While tap to pay is not a processor application, meaning you don't sign up for processing to tap to pay, you still utilize your the same way that you would set someone up on a high risk environment through the processor.

However, when you take the payment, you can utilize tap to pay and set those parameters for those high risk merchants to accept payments. Can they use it? Chart, if it's something that they can do in person, why not? As long as you follow the same rules and regulations that you use inside of what the processors need, you should be good to go.

You shouldn't have to worry about anything else that creates those items to keep it simple. So keep that in mind.

All right, other questions coming in. Will you have Android for Fiserv in the future? Yes, First Data right now is on the roadmap. It is next, it is something that we are currently working on to make it a little bit easier. So just keep in mind, we are building this out. We do have more things coming in to be able to have that ready as we continue to build it out.

Great questions. Great questions. We've got a million a million questions coming in. Once app is downloaded, do merchants need to enter their MID?

No. No, no, no, no mid required. When you download the app, the only thing you need to do is make sure that you input or then you enter the partner code, which is the one that we showed you on the screen. You can also ask pennynmi dot com what that partner code is.

When you use the partner code, all you have to do is enter the actual credentials for the gateway that you signed them up on. Once you enter the credentials on the gateway, it keeps it a lot easier. You don't have to worry about anything else because the credentials itself on the gateway allows you to be able to enter into the platform to accept payments. It'll be connected through the gateway.

Keep that in mind. Okay? Is there an option for both email and text receipts? Oh, we just confirmed that we can configure this with the SDK model.

If you're doing SDK, you're able to configure for both. If you're doing the Cloud Commerce app, I believe it's got its limitations. For sure you can email, I believe you can text as well, but it's inside of the Cloud Commerce app. SDK gives you more mobility, more functionality.

You've got a couple of things that make it a little bit easier when it comes to the SDK that you can build out. So keep that in mind. Can you download the app for use on a test account? That's a great question.

I have not tried using that on a test account, to be honest.

It is a value added extension. If you create a test account for testing only, I do not believe you'll have the availability to use this because you have to turn it on and you need partner login. However, if you download it and let's say you create a test account in the gateway that you turn on or you use live, there's no monthly fee associated with it. So you can use the TapTibate to test it and check it out. So yes, I believe you can download as long as you create a MID or as long as you create an account. But keep in mind that I don't believe it will work on a test account inside of the end of my gateway. If something does change, I will let you know, but I believe that that is the case right now.

Alright. As we continue on, does Tap2Pay app work in conjunction with the iProcess app? They're two separate apps, So you don't have to worry about whether or not to use one or the other. They will work essentially in conjunction. You just minimize the screen, open the other app, and you're good to go.

So no monthly fee. Tide, there's no monthly fee. As we see this coming in, there's no monthly fee if you choose the tap per transaction. Tap per transaction is ten cents, or you can use the subscription, which is five dollars monthly, and then five cents per transaction. So keep that in mind. There is different options for you to be able to use. Okay?

As we continue from there, if we are a USA based ISO with the ability to market NMI to merchants, are we able to offer this to UK or EU merchants via Shift4? I believe you can, actually. All you have to do is speak to your CAM to confirm this because it is available in the UK and the EU. So if you have the ability to utilize and sell Shift four, then yes, you have a conversation with your CAM, figure out how and what it is that you need to do to be able to offer this, and you'll be able to get that going right on the back end.

So keep that in mind. Great question coming in. Are iOS and Android SDKs both ready? Yes, for TSYS in the US and for Shift4, EU and the UK.

IOS is also available on the First Rapid Connect and Android is coming up for First Data Rapid Connect is next. So First Data Rapid Connect coming soon. It is on Android for TSYS only and it is available for First Data Rapid Connect on iOS. SDKs are available for both solutions.

Now how do our customers download a white label version of the app?

So MasterCard does not offer a white label version. The SDK is the option for a white label solution. So if your customers are going to download your app because you wanna white label it to your company, you have to go through the SDK solution to be able to white label the app. Mastercard only offers the Cloud Commerce app, which is the one that comes through directly on the Apple Pay Store or Google Pay Store. So just keep that in mind. Okay? So a couple of things to consider as we go through that process on what that looks like.

Dual pricing available and processor agnostic. Well, it's processor agnostic as long as you use TSYS or First Data Rapid Connect.

Those are the only ones that are available right now to be able to walk through anyway, so keep that in mind. However, we are building it out to be able to work through as many processes as we can, so keep that in mind as we go from that opportunity. So just depending on how you're opening it, depending on how you're using that, you should be able to use it. Now, when it comes to dual pricing, I don't believe that the system right now through the Cloud Commerce app offers dual pricing, but I'm sure that they are updating and working to get that up and running.

Again, I do not believe that it offers dual pricing in the Cloud Commerce app to download, but I do believe that they are working to get it running. Remember, keep that in mind, Mastercard will continuously make updates for it, so you are good to go. Alright. In addition to that, since we did mention Apple phones and First Data and TSYS, does that include Pacesafe?

Look, as long as Pacesafe, you're able to board on the First Data Rapid Connect or you're able to board on the TSYS processor, you're good to go. You don't have to worry about that. You keep it simple, get them set up, get the the VAR app to be able to use it, and you are safe. Question came in, is it ten cents per transaction even if they're already paying the five per month and five per transaction for the gateway?

So, this is a different type of question. I'm I'm gonna break it down to see if I understand this. You still have to pay whatever buy rates or whatever fees you're paying to use the NMI Gateway or to use your processor or the processing fee, whatever it is that you're doing, keep that in mind. Any additional fees that you have or that you're paying or that you're using is on you.

I can't, you know, there's no difference there. So, keep that in mind and then, the five dollars per month and five cents per transaction is only designed for tap to pay. So, if you're using tap to pay and let's say, right now you have a gateway fee, you've gotta pay the gateway fee plus a tap to pay fee because this is a separate feature. So keep that up.

Great question coming in. Great questions coming in. Alright. As we go from there, let's see here.

How do customers oh, sorry. We already went through that question. I think it looks like most of these questions are answered. What's the app name and does it replace iProcess?

Cloud Commerce app by Mastercard. So look it up. It's called Cloud Commerce app. It's by Mastercard.

No, this was developed between NMI and Mastercard. Again, it does not replace iProcess. We are the first gateway that this is available as an option. So we did release it with MasterCard.

It is a combined joint effort. Great question coming in strong.

Once the app is downloaded, we went through that question.

When on our portal or on NMI side would we be able to keep up to date on the platform additions outside of TCS or First Data and other features like the text receipts are added. So that's a great question. How would you know if we have other features? What does this look like?

When we make feature updates, you actually receive an email from us directly. You get an email saying, hey, this is a feature that's been used. If you're using these particular processors, just watch out for the monthly newsletter that's gonna come out so that you know specifically what processes we're working with, or if they're having new features added, new services updated. Plus, not to mention, you can join our training webinars.

So look out for the newsletter that we sent out. Once you receive the the newsletter, it'll be available in there and it it is also available in your portal as a portal message. So it will pop up. You'll be notified.

You'll know when these are available. Trust me. These are definitely features and add ons that we wanna continue to use and be able to break it down. So keep that in mind.

Will iProcess merchants be getting tap to pay? No, it is not a change. We're not changing it. We're not gonna go and use something different.

We are actually going to be using in tandem. So remember, you've got iProcess, completely separate app from tap to pay. You've got tap to pay and you've got iProcess, two completely separate options. So keep that in mind.

Questions coming in. So no monthly fee? Well, right now, Adam Eye does not charge our partners a monthly fee for the system. Again, it's ten cents per transaction if you don't wanna use that. But keep in mind that you can pass any monthly fees onto your merchants as well. You have the option to be able to add on and create those revenue opportunities, so you don't have to worry about what that looks like. So just keep that in mind.

Whew. All right. We're going in. We're going in hard on a lot of these questions coming in to make it a lot easier for you guys as well.

If the customer's NFC card or NFC on their phone is not working for some reason, is there a way to key in the card as a backup to the app? As of right now, I have not seen a manual opportunity for you to be able to take those transactions. So unfortunately, would recommend that you actually keep on having this information to be able to download iProcess. You can manually take payments on iProcess if you have to.

So it is a different app. Again, we're working with MasterCard on this. We might be able to do that in the future, but for right now it is tap to pay NFC only. So they have to tap the the card on the phone.

So keep that in mind. Is tap to pay set up with CardPresentMid or merchant account? They are set up and enabled through the gateway. It is a extension.

So you don't have to do anything in addition. Again, use the gateway. It's an extension that gets added on once you turn it on. It's not requiring the MID, it's not requiring anything in addition because you already have it inside of the platform.

So it's the platform that's going to determine what what that's going to look like. Okay? Will I process merchants beginning tap to pay? No.

We already talked about that. It is a separate extension, completely separate from what you have here. So keep that in mind.

I'm sure you probably explained this, but what's the difference between the two models? What is the five dollars monthly fee subscription? Again, the five dollars monthly fee is if you have merchants that take a lot of tap to pay transactions.

You can choose to add on the program for five dollars a month at five cents a transaction, or you can choose to have it free, no monthly fee, but ten cents per tap. So instead of five cents, it's ten cents. So you have the option to pick ten cents or five cents. Completely up to you, keep that in mind.

Does interchange qualify as card present rates? It does, whatever the rules are for tap to pay or whatever the rules are for a card present environment. If I'm doing tap to pay, it's the same concept as if I was using my phone to pay on the machine. So keep in mind, it is going to be considered whatever that environment looks like.

All right, so I appreciate you guys. You guys have been fantastic and amazing. Unfortunately, I only have enough time for one more answer. We do have to wrap it up here, but I promise you guys that there is an FAQ list available for this.

If you have any particular questions in mind or anything that comes up, we'll be able to add it on so that you can learn. You can always reach out to the, you can always reach out to the cam, your cam rep, your cam team. We're continuously looking for ways to improve. This is just another solution that was just released.

So keep that in mind. With that being the case, let's find out here.

One last question that I'm able to answer.

Does this integrate with the gateway products?

IProcess does not. So it is an extension. It'll be separate from the product section, so you don't have to worry. Unfortunately, you won't be able to see that.

I know that iProcess can partner up into the customer vault, into reoccurring. Tap to Pay is another extension that you turn on, it will not get product information over, it is a separate item. But that's a great question. So I wanna thank you guys so much.

Again, I apologize for not getting to all of your questions. We had fifty five plus questions and we're wrapping up on time here. But I appreciate all of you guys. Thank you so much for joining.

There's a lot that we go through that we make it a little bit easier. Keep in mind, we're continuously learning, right? If it's a new solution and we partnered up with Mastercard, the idea is how do we provide and present more solutions to help you continue to grow, to have an added solution, to make it easier for you? And reality is what we've done is we've separated and created a fully integrated payment ecosystem that is designed to help you and really help your merchants and help you grow from that perspective.

So payment gateway, you can accept transactions today. We know what the platform looks like. We know how to enable it. We know how it works.

We use the extensions we we love and we can create today. NMI payments. Integrate payments if you wanna be able to bring them on board. We're not replacing.

We're not looking. We don't have a Salesforce. We don't work with anyone outside. We work directly through you.

Our NMI payments division was created because we had a lot of partners reach out to us and ask, hey, we want a payments partner with NMI as well. We wanna be able to do something together. Fantastic. We have a new line that allows you to separate and diversify diversify your opportunities.

We don't do anything in addition, we don't have a direct sales force, it's all through partners. But we do give you the option in the event that you're looking for something or you wanna be able to diversify. And that's the goal, that's the concept, to keep it simple for you, to be able to open up an item, to keep it easy. And then of course, merchant relationship management, MRM.

One of the coolest things that have come out since sliced bread. We find, we underwrite, we onboard, we create, and we support merchants through the entire life cycle. Basically, think of something as cool as Salesforce made for the payments industry. How awesome is that?

A CRM that's designed just for you, just for merchant services, just to save money, just for initial partnerships as we continue from that perspective on. So keep that in mind. So I want to thank everyone in here today that joined us for our webinar. More to come as we continue to answer these questions.

We have more on our monthly newsletters to add on. We have feature add on solutions. We have a lot of items that we create. You guys have been a fantastic audience.

Unfortunately, I couldn't hear from you, but I would love to. And if you ever get the chance, talk to me, visit me. I go to all of our trade shows, all of our partner events. I'm out in the field working with our partners.

I am your manager for your manager for partner enablement. I work with you. My goal is to make you more money, to make you grow, to help your merchants be safe and secure when taking payments and use the gateway. So I wanna thank everyone that's joined us today.

Thank you so much for being here. And as always, thank you for doing business with NMI. I will speak to you guys soon. Take care.

And shout out to my amazing team, Allison and Michelle, if you're still on the call with me today. Shout out to you guys. You guys have been fantastic and great. Thank you so much.

Take care, everybody.
