Kathy Kmiotek is a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager at NMI with more than 20 years of experience across financial services, fintech and payments.

Before joining NMI, Kathy held marketing leadership roles at Fortis and Global Payments. Her background spans embedded payments, ISV and financial institution partner ecosystems, lifecycle marketing, field marketing, sales enablement and large-scale partner communications.

Kathy serves on the Board of Directors of PayTech Women and has been recognized across payments and fintech, including as an NYC Fintech Women Influential Fintech Female (2022, 2024), a Parity Top 100 Women in Fintech honoree (2024), and a Top 30 Most Influential Fintech Marketer (2024). She holds an M.S. in Integrated Marketing from New York University. Kathy lives on Long Island with her husband, two sons and three dogs.
